In 2024, the City of Duvall obtained the services of Moss Adams, LLP to conduct an audit of the staffing levels within each city department and an assessment of the current and future workload demands throughout the City of Duvall. At a high level, the Workload Analysis found that while some departments are reasonably staffed, there remain many areas within the City of Duvall that are under-resourced given the workload and the population growth within the city. The city will continue to review and assess these findings in order to meet the staffing demands identified.
