City Administrator's Office

Reporting to and under the direction of the Mayor, the city administrator acts as the chief administrative officer and administrative supervisor of the city government. The city administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all city departments, programs, and activities.

The City Administrator’s office also oversees the following activities and programs for the City.

  • Intergovernmental partnerships and relations
  • Community engagement, media/public relations
  • City’s legal services
  • Collective Bargaining


Mission Statement
I am honored to serve as the City Administrator for the City of Duvall. My mission and vision for my role are to enhance the quality of life for Duvall residents through compassion, transparency, fiscal stewardship, and collaboration. My work background includes serving as the Deputy Administrative Director for the King County Library System, a career in Human Resources, labor and employment law, and as corporate regulatory counsel. I was raised in South King County, Washington, and attended college at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. My graduate studies include a Master of Public Policy from American University in Washington, D.C., and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver.
