HOUSING ACTION PLAN SURVEY
Help build our future! The City is implementing a Housing Action Plan (HAP) to help increase accessible, safe, and affordable housing options for all community members now and in the future. Please take 5-10 minutes and fill out the anonymous housing survey, to help us better understand housing challenges and opportunities for people living and working in Duvall. DUVALL VISITOR CENTER IS REOPENING!
We are happy to announce that we are reopening the Visitor Center to community rentals effective February 1, 2023. The same policies for use and rental apply though we have a couple of new procedures we ask the community to respect when renting the Rose Room and upstairs Visitor Center meeting space. First, we have new City Council furniture and equipment to be used for the sole purpose of the City Council, Planning Commission, and other official city business. We ask that groups do not use that furniture and, instead, use the chairs and tables marked for community use. Second, keys will be located in locked key boxes outside each floor's entry doors. Renters will be given a code to access the key. When you return the key, we ask that you take a picture of the key in the box and email the picture to bookings@duvallwa.gov or text the image to 425-951-0312 when you are done using the facility. We appreciate your cooperation with these new procedures and hope you enjoy the space!
Requests will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations requests and applications (found here) will be accepted through the bookings@duvallwa.gov email address.
CHANGES TO UTILITY BILLING ARE HERE!
The City of Duvall implemented a new utility billing software system. To access the new payment portal, click here: City of Duvall Payment Portal. You will need your most recent utility statement and your unique PIN number for your account number. These numbers can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your statement.
