The City Clerk is the designated recipient of Service of Process in legal actions involving the City of Duvall. All Service of Process must be delivered in person at Duvall City Hall during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.) As per RCW 4.28.080(2), the Mayor and City Administrator appoint the City Clerk as their agent for receiving summonses and other original processes. If the City Clerk is unavailable for service, we encourage contacting the City Clerk's Office at 425.788.1185.
