Building Permit Review Process 2021


Construction Hours

Duvall Municipal Code 6.04.060 specifies hours for construction activities as follows:

  • Monday – Saturday: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sunday and Holidays: No work allowed


All types of improvements regardless of requiring a building permit are subject to land use regulations, e.g. property setbacks, maximum impervious surface. Please contact the Planning Department planning@duvallwa.gov for more information.
