Utility Billing
Yes. There are a few different options to pay your utility bill with a credit card. You can view and pay your City of Duvall utility account online here. Recurring payments can be set up or one-time payments can be made on this site.
You may also use your Visa or MasterCard at City Hall during regular business hours (Credit card payments will not be accepted over the phone)
Official Payments also accepts credit card payments for the City of Duvall. You can make a payment online at the Official Payments website, or by calling them at 800-272-9829. You will need Duvall's Jurisdiction code, which is 5628, and your account number with the City of Duvall.
Note: Official Payments accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. There may be a convenience fee for the transaction. The City of Duvall does not receive any portion of this fee.

Utility Billing
Yes. The City of Duvall now has the capability of deducting your monthly utility bill from your checking or savings account. Download the ACH Authorization Form (PDF) and return it to City Hall to get started. You can also set up recurring payments made to your checking or savings account here.

All bill payer services mail a check to the City for utility payments. This can take up to 10 business days to be received by the City. If you have received a disconnection notice, please use one of our other options for payment.Utility Billing
