This two story facility is located on Main Street, in "old-town" Duvall, and historically served as the City's library. The building contains two independent community meeting spaces which are available to rent separately on an hourly basis.
The Duvall Visitor Center is the upstairs meeting space and has a floor space of approximately 1,900 square feet, with an occupancy limit of 48 people. The facility offers tables and chairs, a kitchen area, restrooms and complimentary internet access, all included in the rental price.
The Rose Room is the downstairs meeting space and has a floor space of approximately 500 square feet, with an occupancy limit of 48 people. The facility offers tables and chairs, a kitchen area, restrooms, an outdoor patio, and complimentary internet access, all included in the rental price.
