Complete the appropriate permit application form and email to or schedule a time to drop-off at City Hall 15535 Main St. NE. Building permit forms can be found on the Building Department page.

  • All appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance by phone at 425-788-2779 or email Permit Submittal Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:00pm.
