[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Duvall Planning Commission and City Council will each hold a public hearing for the 2014 zoning code (UDR) and comprehensive plan amendments at the Duvall Visitor Center, 15619 Main Street, Duvall WA 98019, on the following dates:

Planning Commission: Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at 7 p.m.
City Council: Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 7 p.m.

The following amendments will be discussed: 14.64 – Fence and Wall Height; 14.04 – Authority Purpose; 14.08 – Permit Processing, Development Agreement; 14.58 – Impact Fees; 14.18 – Mixed Use; 14.76 – Nonconformance and Reuse Standards; 14.50 – Signs; 16.14 – Animals; and the Riverview School District Capital Facilities Plan.

Copies of all application documents are available for review at City Hall. In addition, a copy of the staff report will be available 7 days prior to the Hearing. All interested parties may appear and provide testimony to the above proposal at the Public Hearing. Written comments regarding this proposal will be accepted up to and at the Public Hearing. Comments should be addressed to the Planning Department at PO Box 1300, Duvall WA 98019. Contact the Planning Department for appeal procedures.
