City of Duvall – Utility Billing Notification
Subject: Scheduled Online Utility Billing Portal Outage – July 31, 2025
Dear Utility Customer,
Please be advised that the City of Duvall’s online utility billing portal will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM due to a required system upgrade.
This upgrade is mandated by our credit card processor to ensure continued PCI compliance and to maintain the security of your payment information.
What You Need to Know:
- During this time, customers will not be able to access their online utility accounts.
- Once the upgrade is complete, customers who previously used the portal will be able to log in with the same user credentials.
- If you were enrolled in automatic credit card payments, you will need to re-enrollin recurring payments after the upgrade to continue this service.
- This only applies to customers using credit cards for automatic payments.
- Customers paying through bank accounts or their bank’s bill pay service will not be affected.
New Customers:
After the upgrade, new customers who wish to pay their utility bills online can continue to follow the current process:
- Use your account number and PIN to log in to the portal for the first time.

Where to Find Your Account Number and PIN:
Your Account Number and PIN can be found on the upper portion of your utility bill,
- The Account Number is located in the top-right box labeled “ACCOUNT NUMBER.”
- The PIN Number is listed below the account name and labeled “PIN Number.”
