City Public Records Request

Requests for City of Duvall public records should be submitted to the City Clerk's office using the Public Records Request form. For more information, contact the City Clerk at 425-788-1185. 

Please note, Police Department records requests must be filed directly with the Police Department. You can contact them at 425-788-1519.

Paper copies
  • For photocopies exceeding 12 pages, $0.15 per page
  • $3.89 per page large format (24" x 36")
Electronic Files
  • Paper files scanned, exceeding 50 pages, $0.10 per page
  • Electronic files exceeding 50 files, $0.05 per file
  • Storage media, actual cost
  • Postage, actual cost
