Leroy Collinwood moved to Duvall in 2005, with his wife and 6 children, and has loved living here in a safe and family-friendly city ever since. He previously served as a precinct committee officer and has been interested and involved in local politics for over 10 years. Leroy owns and manages a technology consulting company.
In addition to spending time with his family, Leroy is an amateur radio (Ham) operator, is CERT trained, and enjoys playing the tuba with the local Riverwinds community concert band. He likes to be outdoors doing camping, hiking, and skiing, and he also supports his children's Boy Scout troop on their outings.
Leroy was elected to the vacant City Council position in the November 2011 election, re-elected in November 2013 and again in November 2015 to a term ending in December of 2019.
