The “Outstanding Community Service Award”, previously known as the “Volunteer of the Year Award”, is for the purpose of honoring an adult individual, youth individual and organization who are making impactful contributions to Duvall and the lower Snoqualmie Valley through dedication of time, talents, dedication and actions. The successful honorees should serve as role models for service and compassion, and strive to make Duvall a better place through their efforts.
