City Public Records Request

Requests for City of Duvall public records should be submitted to the City Clerk's office using the Public Records Request form. For more information, contact the City Clerk at 425-788-1185. 

Please note, Police Department records requests must be filed directly with the Police Department. You can contact them at 425-788-1519.

Fees for Records:
Paper copies
  • $0.15 per page standard photocopies -  up to 11" x 17"; 
  • $3.89 per page large format (24" x 36"); 
Electronic Files
  • $0.10 per page scanning into electronic format;
  • $0.05 every four (4) electronic files or attachments;
  • $0.10 each GB electronic transmission;
  • $0.28 each CD-R (700MB); 
  • $0.90 each DVD (4.7 GB); 
  • $3.50 each USB flash drive (2 GB).
